What is a PSL?

A Personal Seat License (PSL) is an agreement between you and Jets Stadium Development LLC. In exchange for a one-time fee, we give you the right to buy season tickets for your seat and you agree to buy them.

How long does a PSL last?

PSLs are good for as long as the Jets play in the new building in its
current configuration.
What is the timeline for the selling process?

Seat selection is a rolling process over the next few months. It will happen in two phases, each ordered by seniority. In Phase 1, season ticket holders are being offered the opportunity to purchase PSLs for clubs in order of seniority. If club seats are

available after all current season ticket holders have had the chance to purchase them, club seats will be offered to waitlist members in order of when they joined the waitlist. In Phase 2,

season ticket holders who did not purchase a club seat PSL will be offered PSL and non-PSL seats in seniority order, followed by waitlist members in order of when they joined the waitlist.

How was seat selection priority determined?

Priority for the seat selection process in each phase is based on account seniority and seat location. The Jets Box Office policy states that seniority of accounts that have been transferred to anyone other than immediate family members is based on the

year of the transfer. Within each year, priority is determined by seat location. The Jets Box Offi ce records date back to 1977. All accounts from before 1978 are considered the same seniority year, and pre-1978 seniority is then based on seat location.

How do I fill out my Seat Selection Preference Form?

After you have read through the Playbook, you should:

1) Check your seniority. You can find it on the

enclosed Account Information sheet or online at

newyorkjets.com/myjetsaccount.

2) Detach the address label from the Account Information sheet

and affix it to the front of the Seat Selection Preference Form.

3) Indicate your top three seat choices and preferred amenities on the Seat Selection Preference Form. It is important to select at least three seating choices in the event that your top choice has sold out.

4) Mail back your form by the due date shown on the Account Information sheet. Shortly after we receive your form, your Stadium Specialist will call to guide you through the process of securing your seats.

Why do I need to select three seating choices on my form?

It is important to indicate at least three seating choices in the event that your top choice has sold out, which could happen if season ticket holders with seniority higher than yours select all the seats in that section.

When will I be able to purchase seats that are not in a club area?

After the completion of Phase 1, the following seating options will be available in Phase 2:

  • PSL seats in the lower and mezzanine levels
  • Alcohol-Free Section (PSL seats in the mezzanine level)
  • Non-PSL seats in the upper level

When is my Seat Selection Preference Form due?

Mail back your form by the due date printed on the Account Information sheet in order to preserve your selection priority. You will then be contacted by a Stadium Sales Specialist.

What if I miss the deadline to return my form?

If you fail to return your Seat Selection Preference Form to us by the date it is due, you will jeopardize your selection priority and may not be able to get your first choice of seat location in the new building.

Will I be able to request seats in the new building next to another season ticket holder?

Yes. Simply indicate on your Seat Selection Preference Form the other season ticket holder that you would like to sit with and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that the seating assignment will be based on the account with less seniority.

If I have multiple locations within one season ticket holder account, will I be able to get all my seats together in the new stadium?

Simply indicate this preference on your Seat Selection Preference Form and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If I have multiple locations within one season ticket holder account, will I be able to get all my seats together in the new stadium?

We will make every effort to place your seats as close together as possible within the context of our priority seating system.
Can I request additional seats?

Yes. During the Phase 1 sale of club seats, you will be able to purchase additional club seats if you so choose. Simply indicate this preference on your Seat Selection Preference Form and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I visit the new stadium?

Yes. Contact a Stadium Sales Specialist at 800- 469-JETS to schedule a visit to our Sales Center located adjacent to the South Tower at the existing stadium.

What new club seating is available in the new stadium?

There are four clubs in the new stadium - the Coaches Club and the Great Hall Club in the lower level; and the East and West Clubs in the mezzanine level - all offering exclusive amenities and a truly special gameday experience.

Why should I purchase PSL club seating rather than non-club seating?

All club seats offer:

  • The best seats in the house
  • Access to VIP parking
  • Climate-controlled lounges that let you come in from the elements
  • Cushioned, spacious seating
  • Upscale cuisine offerings
  • The opportunity to purchase tickets to certain concerts and other stadium events (subject to availability)
  • The right to transfer or sell your fully-paid club seat PSL after March 1, 2011 (see PSL Agreement for details)

What are the benefits of purchasing a PSL seat?

PSLs come with a variety of benefits that make ownership attractive and affordable:

  • Select from among thousands of the stadium's most desirable seats.
  • Choose from several payment and seat options to help you stay within your budget (to calculate payment options, visit newjetsstadium.com).
  • Transfer or sell your account. If you want to pass your seats on to a family member, you will need to purchase a PSL in order to do so. If you sell it, you keep all of the net proceeds (see PSL agreement for details).
  • Access to reserved parking.
  • Purchase tickets to certain concerts and other stadium events (subject to availability).

Can I share my PSL with other people?

Yes. As a convenience, you can purchase your PSL through a partnership or corporation with multiple shareholders or owners, as long as we have adequate personal payment assurances and one designated point of contact. This will make it easier to ensure that your tickets are always used and also allow you to share the cost of the PSL with other owners, who might be your business associates, coworkers, friends, or family members.
Can I resell my PSL?

Yes. While we hope that you will use your seats for many years to come, and we understand that you are purchasing your PSL for that purpose, we know it won't always be possible for every PSL owner to use his or her seats indefinitely. So, whatever your reason, as long as your account is in good standing, you won't have to just give up your PSL. Instead, after the first season at the new stadium, you can sell it for the best price you can get and keep the net proceeds.

Are all seats transferable?

No. PSL seats may be transferred, but non-PSL seats are not transferable, even to family. If you choose not to renew your non-PSL seats, those seats become the property of the team and will be sold to someone on the waitlist.

If I am a season ticket holder, will I have access to tickets to other events in the building?

PSL holders will have the opportunity to purchase tickets to other events at the stadium, subject to availability and the policies of the act or event.

Are there options for paying for my PSL?

Yes, we are providing three payment options. You can:

  • Pay in full up front
  • Pay over five years ( with 6.5% interest and a 20% deposit)
  • Pay over fifteen years (with 8% interest and a 20% deposit)

Note:  Lower Endzone and Mezzanine Endzone, including the Alcohol Free PSL Seats, have a 10% deposit option.  See seating chart for details.

What happens if I do not purchase my season tickets or complete my PSL payments?

If you default on your obligations under the PSL Agreement or Club Seat Agreement, Jets Stadium Development LLC will have the rights listed in the default provisions of those agreements, which include forfeiture of your PSL and all monies you have paid for that PSL up to that point. This means you will no longer have the right to buy season tickets for those seats for that season or any future season. Jets Stadium Development LLC then will have the right to resell your PSL with no obligation to you as the former PSL holder.

Is there an area of the new stadium that will not be serving alcohol?

Yes. As part of our commitment to creating a gameday environment that meets the needs and wants of all of our fans, the New Jets Stadium will have an Alcohol-Free Section. This area will feature its own private concourse filled with activities for the whole family where alcohol will not be served. From face painting to kid-friendly

food options, this section will offer fans of every age a place of their own to enjoy all the game has to offer. PSL owners in this section who wish to occasionally sit outside of this area may exchange

their tickets for up to two games for tickets in a comparable section of the stadium (subject to availability). PSLs for the Alcohol-Free Section can be paid for using 5- or 15-year payment plans, with annual payments starting at $374 per seat.

Are seats without PSLs available in the new building?

Yes. There are no PSL seats in the entire upper level - 27,000 seats including those on the 50 yard line. As with all seats in the new stadium, the upper level features:

  • Good sightlines
  • More comfortable seats
  • Increased food options
  • A wider concourse

Will ticket prices go up in the new building?

Ticket prices for the 2010 season can be viewed here.
Is the new stadium ADA compliant?

The new stadium is designed to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The stadium will be wheelchair accessible to persons with disabilities. These seating options are available on all levels of the stadium, including club seats.
